REYKJAVIK, Iceland (TCM Newsroom) — TCM Group representatives Mr. Hubert Czapiński and Dr. Marcelo Ortuste organized events last week in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, to shore up financial services in the local economy and strengthen the spirit of the Group.
Supported by TCM Group management, TCM Bolivia started a new business initiative that aims to enhance local business activities and raise awareness in the region of the growing importance of global financial strategies and tools.
The five-day trip facilitated the meeting of local companies, major insurance corporations, several banks, and Bolivian farmers’ associations, and enabled the launch of new insurance programmes on the local market.
“For the first time in TCM Group’s history, the Group chairman has visited Bolivia, supporting my firm’s business and projects and the business and projects of businesses in the region. This is excellent, as employers and authorities in my country have further evidence of the work that makes TCM Group such a respected debt collection network around the world.
“Moreover, it was a pleasant coincidence that Mr. Hubert Czapiński came on the occasion of my firm’s 25th jubilee of professional engagement in the region, a coincidence that only highlights the work I and my team have been conducting over the years: founding and running different service companies that have created the infrastructure necessary for delivering the best to customers in Bolivia and around the world,” said Dr. Ortuste after the activities.

Dr. Marcelo Ortuste of TCM Bolivia is the founder and director Ortuste & Associates Business Group, a consortium of six companies specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO).
