The TCM Group is a global provider of credit management services through a network of strategic partners in over 167 countries.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018 and strengthens the rights of individuals regarding their personal data and seeks to unify data protection laws across Europe, regardless of where the personal data is processed. GDPR provides additional obligations regarding personal data protection that apply to our group. We have embraced these obligations to enhance our processes and systems to meet these requirements.

Personal data is defined as “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).”
