I am very much looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues, exploring new market trends, and discussing the future of debt collection in a rapidly changing global environment. I believe the AGM 2025 in London will be a fantastic platform for all TCM members to collaborate and learn from each other, ultimately driving innovation and growth for our entire network.
Share a remarkable moment that happened during an AGM you attended.
One of the most memorable moments for me was witnessing a roundtable discussions where TCM members from different continents openly shared their unique challenges and successes. Everyone was engaged, supportive, and eager to learn. It reinforced how powerful our collective expertise can be when we come together as a network of friends.
Share a funny story that happened to you at an AGM you participated in.
I always love attending charity auctions. We come together in a cheerful atmosphere, enjoying lively bidding and friendly competition. Laughter fills the room, and the highlight always comes at the end, when everyone celebrates the funds raised for a worthy cause.
What does the AGM mean to you?
The AGM is a milestone event in our group, where we unite to celebrate our collective accomplishments and tackle challenges head-on. It’s a chance to share new ideas, strengthen our partnerships, and set the tone for the coming year. More importantly, it embodies the spirit of friendship and mutual support that TCM stands for.
If you could describe the AGM in one word, what would it be?
Empowering.
