Alfonso González

Alfonso González has been a board member of the TCM Group International ehf since 2023. He is the founder of Way Back Spain and currently serves as the Head of Marketing for Way Back Spain and LATAM.

Alfonso holds degrees in marketing, strategic planning, and market intelligence from institutions in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain. With over 10 years of experience in consulting with the Way Back Group, which boasts more than 30 years of experience in Brazil and LATAM, the owner of the Way Back Group approached him to set up an office in Spain. Accepting the challenge led to him becoming one of the founders of Way Back Spain and he now plays a key role in the international efforts of the Way Back Group in Brazil, USA, Portugal, and Spain. Way Back Spain were appointed as shareholder of the TCM Group for Spain in 2019.

Alfonso began his career in the marketing industry and was first exposed to debt recoveries as a consultant to Way Back Brazil.

Beyond contributing to marketing, Alfonso’s goal is to maximize opportunities in international debt collection with utmost professionalism, experience exchange, and intelligence. His mission is to provide the best service and results to clients while reinforcing the seriousness, efficiency, and stature of the TCM Group.
