Quality Global Debt Recovery and Collection Services

Quality is the focus of an annual survey where all TCM offices are evaluated by other members in the group. From these peer based nominations, collection strategy is defined, recommendations for refinement are given to each TCM office and quality awards are issued.

All TCM offices are required to meet set quality expectations on a continual basis for ongoing involvement with TCM Group. Emphasis on quality assurance is also present in our daily operations and is reflected by:

• Engaging in clear agreements with clients;
• Prompt confirmation of files received and indication of action started;
• Clear, factual and timely information as cases develop;
• Results, i.e. collecting money and reducing client's Daily Sales Outstanding;
• Immediate information about amounts collected;
• Prompt transfer of moneys due to the client;
• Commitment to professional conduct and ongoing professional development of staff (including employee training and active memberships of national and international trade associations);
• Dedication to customer care including after sales meetings.
